WWE Wrestlepalooza Betting Preview: Cena vs. Lesnar One Last Time

WWE Wrestlepalooza promo featuring John Cena and Brock Lesnar

WWE Wrestlepalooza is set to make a historic debut in Indianapolis on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As WWE’s inaugural Premium Live Event (PLE) to stream on ESPN, Wrestlepalooza marks a significant new chapter for the world’s biggest wrestling promotion, cementing its place both in sports media and WWE’s evolving broadcast strategy.

The Wrestlepalooza event title revives a classic that was originally run by ECW from the mid-1990s to 2000. The show returns for the first time under WWE’s banner since the company acquired ECW’s assets in 2003.

This year’s Wrestlepalooza features blockbuster headline matches, including John Cena’s final performance in Indianapolis against Brock Lesnar, major title fights such as Cody Rhodes’ defense of the Undisputed Championship, and the return of AJ Lee to the ring alongside CM Punk.

Odds are available for most Wrestlepalooza matches at online pro wrestling betting sites in advance of Saturday’s PLE, with variances available that gamblers can exploit.

John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar

John Cena: -700
Brock Lesnar: +400
(*BetUS Only)

John Cena is wrapping up the final lap of his in-ring career and will go up against his old rival, Brock Lesnar, one last time. Lesnar has been absent from the company since being mentioned in a civil lawsuit involving former owner and CEO Vince McMahon.

These odds are only offered at one book at the moment, and Cena is a heavy favorite to get the win in his last bout with Lesnar.

Undisputed Championship Match

Cody Rhodes: -2500, -2000
Drew McIntyre: +800, +700
(BetUS, BetOnline)

There is a 500-point variance in the odds for Cody Rhodes to win between competing lines at WWE sportsbooks. McIntyre appears to be fodder for Rhodes as he needed a match for this PLE.

Women’s World Championship Match

Stephanie Vaquer: -500, -400
Iyo Sky: +300, +250

Stephanie Vaquer and Iyo Sky will complete their trilogy of matches at Wrestlepalooza, and this time, the vacant Women’s World Championship is on the line. Vaquer is a heavy favorite, but gamblers can risk a little less by laying their action at BetOnline over BetUS.

Mixed Tag Team Match

CM Punk & AJ Lee: -1800, -2000
Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch: +700, +700

CM Punk and AJ Lee team up in a highly personal mixed tag match against World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch. The intense rivalry peaked after Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank contract to defeat Punk, leading to brutal confrontations and AJ Lee’s surprise return to WWE after a 10-year absence.

Punk and Lee appear to be certain winners according to the moneyline odds.

Tag Team Match

The Usos: +350, +350
The Vision: -600, -600

Both books feature the same odds for the Usos and The Vision, but there are different maximum bets, so one will payout much higher than the other.
