Graceland Foreclosure Odds: Presley Family Projected To Retain Ownership

Elvis Presley is arguably the greatest entertainer of all time. In the genre of rock’ n’ roll music, Elvis was the first star to achieve worldwide fame. With his naughty dancing and suggestive lyrics set to a pounding backbeat, he ushered American society into the modern era.

The King’s untimely death in 1977 cemented his legendary status, leaving his existing fans devastated and sparking debate as to whether he had faked his own death.

With no existing persona remaining for his adorers to worship, his former home, Graceland, became a focus.

Who Owns Graceland?

Elvis’ ex-wife, Priscilla Presley, became the estate executor on behalf of their daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, and converted Graceland into a tourist destination in 1982.

For 42 years, the property has attracted over 20 million visitors to the Memphis, Tennessee, area and has become the most toured home in the United States after the White House.

Lisa Marie’s death in January 2023 sent control of Graceland to her daughter, Riley Keough.

Is Graceland Being Foreclosed?

The short answer is no. In May, a group calling themselves Naussany Investments and Private Lending LLC claimed that Lisa Marie had borrowed $3.8 million, using Graceland as collateral.

Keough filed an injunction, claiming that the loan was fraudulent and the documents Naussany Investments produced were forged. The judge agreed, and Naussany immediately withdrew their lawsuit.

When outlets sent queries to contact information supplied in court documents, alleged representatives from Naussany replied, confirming that the entire scenario was a scam.

The gist of the heist is that false documents are used to prove that a recently deceased person has taken out a large, unpaid loan in hopes of forcing the surrender of their property or assets.

These scams usually target much smaller properties and were as brazen in their attempts to secure Graceland as they were in their supposed admission of guilt.

“I didn’t win this one. I’ve stole many identities and received monies, we don’t win all,”

Are There Any Graceland Odds To Bet On?

As with anything else that commands a lot of attention, entertainment gambling sites have created lines on potential outcomes for the Presley estate before year’s end.

Graceland Foreclosure Prop Bets

  • Foreclosure Sale To Occur By The End Of 2024 +1500
  • Naussany Investments To Be Revealed As Elvis Presley Alive And Well In 2024 +50000
  • Naussany Investments To Be Revealed As Priscilla Presley In 2024 +4000

The above line contains three entertainment prop bets in one set of specials. Wagers can be placed on any of these outcomes, and none of them rely on the other for a payout.

The good news for Elvis fans is that none of these occurrences are likely to happen according to the odds, suggesting Graceland will remain in family hands beyond January 1, 2025.
