Based on what is presented here, the most likely outcome is a conviction on at least one count of sex trafficking, which carries a mandatory fifteen-year minimum sentence.
Coming in second place is a sentence of between six and ten years at +300, which has dropped 350 points toward even since May 14th. For this outcome to occur, Diddy would have to receive a sole conviction on the count of transportation, which carries a maximum of ten years.
