Tonight at 8 p.m., the 2025 MLB All-Star Game will begin at Atlanta’s Truist Park, home of the Braves.
From 2003 to 2016, the team that won the All-Star Game would earn home-field advantage in the World Series for their respective league. Previously, home-field advantage was rotated among leagues on an annual basis. Since 2017, home-field advantage has been given to the team with the better overall record.
What is on the line is roughly $25,000 for each player who participates. There are also incentives built into players’ contracts that award them for an All-Star selection, appearance, performance, or a combination of the three.
Betting on the 2025 MLB All-Star Game has already commenced at the nation’s top legal online sportsbooks, with lines on the game itself and numerous props for team and player statistics.
