Fans and gamblers alike can toss the win-loss records and rankings out the window. It’s win or go home for bottom-end teams with no chance for a tournament bid. That said, underdogs play more fiercely, especially teams with loads of seniors on the roster.

There is also the element of some teams that are already assured of making the March Madness bracket resting their players or not giving their full effort for the conference tourneys.

The college basketball team that has won the most National Championships is the UCLA Bruins with 11. UCLA is favored to win the Pac-12 Tournament and the automatic bid that comes along with it at the sites that populate our online sportsbook reviews.

The Kansas Jayhawks and UConn Huskies are projected to win the Big 12 and Big East Conference Tournaments, respectively.

The Duke Blue Devils finished the regular season with a 23-8 record and a 14-6 record in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Despite their 4th place standing in the ACC, Duke is favored to win the ACC Tournament, which will most likely grant them a top 5 seed.

The Alabama Crimson Tide and Purdue Boilermakers are favored to win the SEC and Big Ten Tournaments.

The Houston Cougars are the number one team in NCAA Basketball and also currently top the odds getter at March Madness betting sites for winning the 2023 National Championship.

Naturally, the Cougars are also the top team in the odds to win the AAC Tournament, but they’ll likely earn a number one seed no matter what happens between now and Selection Sunday.

There will be in-game lines accepting wagers throughout the remainder of the 2023 college basketball postseason. That said, odds are more profitable when betting early, so wager now if you feel confident.
