After a 20-year hiatus, World Wrestling Entertainment has revived the Bad Blood-branded pay-per-view and reissued it in 2024 for the latest generation of fans. The premium live event will begin at 6 PM this Saturday and will take place at Atlanta, Georgia’s State Farm Arena.
Bad Blood can be live-streamed on Peacock via the WWE Network.
The card includes a Hell in the Cell match between rivals CM Punk and Drew McIntyre. This massive cubic cage has encompassed some of the bloodiest matches in the promotion’s history, but should we expect fewer high-risk maneuvers considering Punk’s recent injury history?
If current entertainment prop bets are correct, both wrestlers will bleed during the match.

He returned to the WWE in November of 2023 and tore his tricep while competing in the Royal Rumble last January. Punk reentered the ring again in August at SummerSlam, losing by pinfall to Drew McIntyre and beginning a three-match series that will wrap up at Bad Blood.
McIntyre dropped the second match at the Bash in Berlin, and pro wrestling sportsbooks strongly believe that he will lose the best-of-three series this weekend. BetOnline, BetUS, and MyBookie are offering CM Punk as a 10-to-1 favorite.

McIntyre has claimed that his real-life beef with Punk has invigorated his performances. The next opponent for both wrestlers has yet to be determined, but McIntyre has been outspoken in recent interviews about his creative direction following Bad Blood.
“Whatever I do next, I’ve already told [WWE creative] you’re not gonna find something like this, because this is legitimate hatred, but I better have something I can buy into. That’s based in truth. That I can really have fun with, because you see what can happen if you give me something I truly believe in.”

As for Punk, the focus could shift to his opponent at WrestleMania after this weekend. While he may be poised for a championship and a rivalry with Cody Rhodes, a better option may be a final match against John Cena.
WrestleMania 2025 will be Cena’s last match before retirement, so why not grant Punk and the fans the main event they never got during his first run?
The next two opportunities for WWE betting following Bad Blood will be the NXT-branded Halloween Havoc on October 27th and Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on November 2nd.
