The NBA’s annual All Star Weekend begins tomorrow and concludes Sunday night at 8:30 PM when the best of the east battles the top hoopers in the west.

Friday at 9:00 PM on TNT, the Rising Stars Tournament begins. This is a matchup of the best first and second-year players in the Eastern and Western Conference.

Buddy Hield of the Indiana Pacers surged into the lead after being placed 4th in the initial odds. Did a bunch of Hoosier State homers impact the NBA odds, or is there reason to think that Hield is the man to beat?

The league really needs to address the lack of star power included in the Dunk Contest each year. Worldwide audiences would gather around their television sets to watch someone like the Memphis Grizzlies’ Ja Morant elevate above the rim, but he’s not included in the contest.
That said, it should be a fun watch regardless of who is involved. The Philadelphia 76ers’ Mac McClung is leading the Dunk Contest betting lines at the moment.

The elder Lebron James and his group of ballers are projected to win the 2023 NBA All Star Game. Team Giannis is also near even and has a legit shot of winning.
We’re not sure what’s giving James the edge over Antetokounmpo, as they’ve yet to draft their rosters.
