77th Golden Globe Awards odds: ‘The Irishman’ favored to clean Best Drama

The 77th Golden Globe Awards will kick-off 2020’s major film award season on January 5 in Beverly Hills when the industry’s best in film and television will be honored. Hosted by Ricky Gervais, NBC will air the live event from the Beverly Hilton.

The nominees, led by six from Netflix’s Marriage Story, were announced by Tim Allen, Dakota Fanning, and Susan Kelechi Watson on December 9, 2019.

Presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, the first Golden Globes were awarded in January 1944 with The Song a Bernadette headlining as Best Picture.

This year, The Irishman is favored to win Best Motion Picture Drama with -175 entertainment betting odds with Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood favored for Best Musical or Comedy at -350 odds.
