The opening day of the 2024 Major League Baseball season is scheduled for Thursday, March 28th, but there is an international series that precedes the season debut that occurs during the middle of ongoing spring training games.
The Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres will open the 2024 regular season with a two-game series in Seoul, South Korea on March 20th and 21st. That’s less than two weeks away before we get to see baseball that matters, but online MLB sportsbooks have yet to post betting lines for either contest.

If all goes as currently forecast, the 2024 World Series will feature a matchup of the LA Dodgers and the New York Yankees. The Atlanta Braves and the Houston Astros would be the most likely NLCS and ALCS losers according to these World Series odds.
