Anora Favored To Win Oscars For Best Picture, Director

The 97th Academy Awards is only nine days away, and online entertainment sportsbooks have posted their odds for the actors, actresses, and crew members they believe will take home the Oscar for each category.

What’s intriguing is that the 2025 Golden Globes is once again an early indicator of Oscars success now that they’ve revamped their voting membership.

Currently in the lead for Oscars betting for Best Picture is Anora, the story of an American call girl who marries a Russian who comes from a wealthy family. Anora did not win any Golden Globes but took home the BAFTA for Best Picture as well as Best Picture at the Critics Choice Awards.
