Last Thursday, MGM, an Amazon company, announced that it was now in control of the James Bond franchise. Speculation regarding the 25th film and the actor that would take over the lead role of 007 has been high since Daniel Craig retired from playing Bond after 2021’s No Time to Die
Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos asked his followers on X who they thought should be the next James Bond, and commenters have overwhelmingly endorsed Superman actor Henry Cavill.
