March Madness Final Four Betting: Can Duke Win It All?

Duke's basketball team celebrating making the Final Four

For the second time in the history of the March Madness Tournament, all four No. 1 seeds have made it into the Final Four. The last time this feat was accomplished was in 2008, when Memphis, Kansas, North Carolina, and UCLA made it to the Final Four as 1-seeds.

The tournament resumes this Saturday evening when the final two remaining SEC programs, the Florida Gators and the Auburn Tigers, tip off at 6:09 p.m.

Florida Gators (#1) vs. Auburn Tigers (#1)

  • Point Spread: Florida -3.0 (-105), Auburn +3.0 (-115)
  • Moneyline: Florida -160, Auburn +135
  • Over: 161.0 (-110)
  • Under: 161.0 (-110)

The Gators are favored by 3 points over the Tigers. Auburn has made it to the Final Four once and the Elite Eight twice, but has never cut down the nets at the end of the tourney.

Florida is no stranger to the later rounds of March Madness, winning back-to-back titles in 2006 and 2007, and making it to the finals in 2000. This is the sixth time the Gators have made it into the Final Four.

Later on Saturday, at 8:49 p.m., the Houston Cougars and the Duke Blue Devils will meet for a chance to advance to the March Madness Finals.

Houston Cougars (#1) vs. Duke Blue Devils (#1)

  • Point Spread: Houston +4.5 (-105), Duke -4.5 (-115)
  • Moneyline: Houston +180, Duke -220
  • Over: 136.5 (-110)
  • Under: 136.5 (-110)

Houston is a +4.5-point underdog to the Blue Devils this Saturday. The Cougars have made it to seven Final Fours, but have only made it to the finals twice, losing both times.

2025 represents the 18th time Duke has made it to the Final Four. On 11 of those occasions, Duke won and advanced into the NCAAB finals. They’ve become national champions five times, with the most recent title coming in 2015.

The Blue Devils entered the tournament as the highest-rated team to win, and March Madness betting sites still believe they’ll win it all in 2025.

College Basketball National Championship Odds

The Gators are rated second in the latest futures odds, indicating that Florida and Duke will likely face off in the March Madness Finals. For gamblers who want to improve their chances of winning a bet, Bovada has put together the following futures with multiple chances for victory.
