Diddy Odds Suggest He’ll Get Between 11 And 20 Years In Jail

Sean “Diddy” Combs is now on trial for sex trafficking charges, with ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s testimony continuing into a second day today. Her account confirms alleged “freak offs” and an altercation in 2016 that was caught on a hotel’s security camera.

The security footage portrays Combs delivering an assault to Ventura in a hotel hallway and dragging her back to the room. This encounter was allegedly due to Ventura attempting to leave a freak off before Combs had decided it had concluded.

“When I chose to leave, I grabbed what I could and got out and Sean followed me into the hallway by the elevators, grabbed me, tried to drag me back to the room… the next thing I knew I was just thrown to the ground.”

Cassie Ventura Testimony On May 13, 2025

Combs faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if found guilty.

The last time we wrote about Diddy’s legal issues, online sportsbooks were asking whether he’d get bailed out on or before October 9, 2024.

Will ‘Diddy’ Be Released On Bail Before October 9th, 2024?

  • Yes +850
  • No -3000

Will ‘Diddy’ Be Transferred To Another Facility Before October 9th, 2024?

  • Yes +650
  • No -1600

Combs was unsuccessful in his request for a transfer to another facility, and he remains incarcerated in a holding cell since he was apprehended in September of last year. Both entertainment prop bets proved to be accurate.

New Diddy odds have been slow to resurface despite his ongoing trial. Still, there are some, and we expect more to appear soon. The Diddy prop bet below is currently posted at BetUS Sportsbook.

How Many Years Will Diddy Serve For The Charges of Sex Trafficking, Racketeering, and Transportation To Engage in Prostitution All Together?

  • From 11 to 15 Years -150
  • From 16 to 20 Years EVEN
  • More Than 20 Years But Less Than Life Sentence +250
  • From 6 to 10 Years +650
  • He Won’t Serve Any Years +2000
  • From 1 to 5 Years +2500
  • Life Sentence +4000

These moneyline odds imply that Combs will be found guilty and receive a prison sentence of between 11 and 15 years. His chances of serving no time are not likely, as the +2000 odds on that occurrence equate to a 5% probability of success.

A 16 to 20-year sentence is rated second most likely to happen.

Even if Diddy were to defy the odds and be found innocent, his legal troubles would not end there. He is currently facing upwards of 70 lawsuits for various allegations, mostly related to the freak-offs, that he’ll have to deal with at a later date.
