Games 5 and 6 will take place on October 30th and November 1st, bypassing Halloween altogether if the series stretches beyond four contests. That’s not to say you can’t place a Major League Baseball bet next Thursday – there’ll be futures on the board even if the series has concluded.
There’s just no opportunity for a pro baseball wager to be graded a winner on October 31st. The Los Angeles Dodgers are the early favorites to win the World Series, but the New York Yankees aren’t far behind in the odds.
