The second round of the NBA Playoffs has already begun, as last night, the Indiana Pacers were an underdog Game 1 winner in their best-of-seven series against the top-seed in the East, the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Denver Nuggets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder

This second-round series gets started tonight at 9:30 p.m. EST in OKC. The Denver Nuggets just bested the LA Clippers in seven games, but are now huge underdogs against the Thunder in the second round.
Golden State Warriors vs. Minnesota Timberwolves

The Golden State Warriors knocked off the second-seeded Houston Rockets in round 1, while the Minnesota Timberwolves eliminated the resurgent Los Angeles Lakers.
The series prices suggest this best-of-seven could go the distance, and the Timberwolves hold a slim edge leading into Game 1 in Minneapolis.
Indiana Pacers vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

As we said earlier, Game 1 of the Pacers-Cavs series is over, and Indiana is taking a 1-0 lead into the second game in Cleveland. The Cavaliers are favored by 10 points in betting lines for Game 2, and if the odds are accurate, they will bring a 1-1 tie to Game 3 in Indianapolis.
Series lines still heavily favor the Cavs to move on to the Eastern Conference Finals.
New York Knicks vs. Boston Celtics

The New York Knicks ousted the up-and-coming Detroit Pistons in six games and now must face the reigning NBA Champions, the Boston Celtics, in the second round. Series prices heavily favor the Celtics to make it to the Eastern Conference Finals and play the Cavs.
