AEW Revolution Betting Odds Feature MJF As A Heavy Favorite To Retain Title

AEW Revolution pay-per-view promo for March 5, 2023

This Sunday at 8 PM, All-Elite Wrestling’s Revolution pay-per-view begins with a full card of matches. At the mid-week point prior to the event, AEW Revolution odds are hard to come by, but one pro wrestling sportsbook has come through with lines for most of the card – BetOnline.

Betting on pro wrestling is still in its infancy, and struggles to attain a featured position even when major sports like the NFL are not in season,

Still, wrestling odds can be easily found for all pay-per-views or PLEs (premium live events is what the WWE calls them now) when shopping around.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman is AEW’s World Heavyweight Champion and will put his title on the line against Bryan Danielson, formerly known as Daniel Bryan in the WWE.

AEW World Championship Odds – MJF vs. Danielson

  • MJF (c) -5000
  • Bryan Danielson +900

Entertainment prop bets are suggesting that MJF is a certain winner. His -5000 moneyline implies a 98% likelihood of winning. Danielson is a +900 underdog that will payout at 9-to-1 if he wins.

Danielson is capable of winning, but from a storyline perspective, it doesn’t make sense. MJF’s title reign is just getting started. Bryan may win it one day, but his first AEW title will not be captured this weekend.

AEW Women’s Championship Odds – Triple Threat Match

  • Jamie Hayter (c) -1250
  • Ruby Soho +400
  • Saraya +500

AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter is also favored to win by a large margin even though she is facing two opponents. Although she’s not as much of a sure thing as MJF, her probability of winning is set at 92%.

Wagers of $12.50 are required at legal entertainment betting sites in order to net a dollar on Jamie Hayter retaining her title.

Adam Page vs. Jon Moxley Odds

  • “Hangman” Adam Page -600
  • Jon Moxley +350

Adam Page and Jon Moxley will complete their feud, with “Hangman” expected to take the final match according to the above AEW Revolution betting line.

Ricky Starks vs. Chris Jericho Odds

  • Ricky Starks -300
  • Chris Jericho +200

“Absolute” Ricky Starks has drawn comparisons to a young Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. He appears poised for an ascension in the AEW ranks but needs some establishing wins first. Starks is a 3-to-1 favorite to beat “The Ocho” Chris Jericho.

TNT Championship Odds – Wardlow vs. Samoa Joe

  • Wardlow -1000
  • Samoa Joe (c) +500

Samoa Joe and Wardlow complete their storyline (hopefully) with this match for the TNT Championship. Wardlow is young and could be a future star in the company, so it wouldn’t make sense for a journeyman like Joe to come out on top, assuming this is their finale.

Will MJF Be The AEW World Champion At The End Of 2023?

  • Yes -180
  • No +140

An intriguing prop that’s been on the boards for months is the above MJF championship odds. Last year, it asked if he would become champion before the end of 2022. Now it suggests that he’ll be holding the strap at midnight on New Year’s Eve in 2023.
